What do you like?… Dance, R&B, Rocky, Opera, or perhaps the Superman theme tune, It’s 30 minutes of music that makes you feel empowered for JUST 30 minutes.
Gym or Home. Save money by purchasing your weights and setting them up in your Garage, Shed or a Room.
Arms, Shoulders, Back, Chest and Legs. Spend 30 minutes on each muscle group.
Good meals with protein. Purchase the meal plans that will help you. Remember, you don’t need to give up your favourite takeaway or carbs, although cut down the takeaway to just once a week and reduce your alcohol intake. Be sure to keep it consistent and you will see results.
You are building muscle, therefore you need to feed the muscles. Protein and Creatine to feed and repair the muscles. Afterall, its a full 30 minutes with limited rest.
